“You know the generous grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. Though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, so that by his poverty he could make you rich.” (2 Corinthians 8:9)
This verse is talking about exchange. Jesus as the Son of God, possess the right of ownership to everything the Father has. Think about what this is worth…the power, glories and the riches of heaven; the sun, moon, stars, galaxy, the earth with it’s different resources…silver, gold, diamonds, the different precious stones and jewels, oil, gas and various mineral resources; the land with all the fruit bearing trees and different vegetation, air and land animals of different kinds and breeds, the seas, its creatures and more! God is unlimited!
Jesus possessing ALL these, yet, He willingly laid it all down for you, so that you might be rich spiritually, emotionally, physically and materially. He substituted Himself for you, the sinless One became the sacrifice for sin so that you can be set free and be made whole. My friend, if you feel bound in any area of your life today, all you need is to believe and receive this gift of Divine Exchange by faith in Jesus name. (Romans 10:9-10).
Prayer Confession: Dear heavenly Father, I thank you for sending Jesus to die for me. I receive this Divine gift of salvation. I accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. Help me to grow in you daily and know you more. Thank you for touching and healing every area of my life. I believe that by your stripes I am healed. I rest and put m trust in you as the author and the finisher of my faith. I declare, no weapon of evil will prosper over any area of my life and family in Jesus name. I have a new beginning and my future is bright as I continue to walk in the light of the Word in every area of my life. In Jesus Name. Amen.
Reflection:"Truly I tell you, whoever says to this mountain, Be lifted up and thrown into the sea! and does not doubt at all in his heart but believes that what he says will take place, it will be done for him. 24 For this reason I am telling you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe (trust and be confident) that it is granted to you, and you will [get it]." (Mark 11:22-24).
